Course Synopsis: Student will gain overall understanding of the hazards associated with asbestos, lead-based paint and mold and microbial growth. They will be able to identify the situations when the potential hazards are present and be informed for the various options in dealing with regulations applicable to the real estate transaction and the best practices for addressing the problem. Student will learn key steps to providing meaningful advice and recommendations regarding environmental issues, avoiding potential litigation, while still looking out for the best interest of their clients.
