All membership applications are subject to review and approval by the BOMA Omaha Board of Directors. Submission of an application and payment of membership dues does not guarantee membership approval.

Membership approvals are based on current membership needs and the organization’s membership composition, including the balance between Property Manager and Allied Members.

If an application is not approved by the Board of Directors, any membership dues paid will be refunded to the applicant accordingly.

By submitting a membership application, applicants acknowledge and agree to this Board approval and refund policy.
